I am not tech minded at all, and did not realise email folders could be backed up easily. Some photos were in the cloud, but not all, and as an amateur photographer this was devastating. A few weeks ago i started to receive, every few seconds, what seemed to be ransom emails called Lethudian.thousands of them poured in to all my devices, so I re-started my desk top computer, only to find that ALL my data had been removed.I was left with the microsoft screen and various apps.I had backed up my many work folders, but not every document, and most importantly NOT ANY ofmy email folders.
This review to to say thank you to Khrish, who helped out of a dire situation, and is still guiding me when I need it.I had not been informed by Plusnet that my email server madasafish, (owned by Plusnet) was too old to have any filters on it.
